The Finished Product

Man alive, I get antsy when it comes to projects. I didn't even get the chance to let anyone's opinion sway me as to what to do with the dresser. I would have bought new hardware for the dresser, but the holes pre-drilled for the old hardware came in sizes that they don't sell at any old hardware store. So instead of spending what would probably have been more than the dresser cost itself for special hardware, I just went ahead and spray painted the old pulls a brushed nickel color to update them. Now we just have to piece the rest of this room together.

The color is Behr Geranium Leaf and is probably a little different than the picture lets on.

Lookin' good Amanda! We spray-painted some dresser hardware as well for the same reason, and it turned out great. I love the color you chose too!

And you're seriously only three months away?! How can that be? Hope you're feeling alright still. Have you chosen any names?

It is so cute, I love it! I love anything and everything green! I can't wait to see the whole room. This is giving me decorating envy.

When I have issues with the pulls, I plug them up with putty or joint compound, sand and paint then just drill new holes. I think they turned out painted though. I also like the green.

We will be getting back from the beach on the 7th. We would love it if you could stop by and see the progress we've made. Just give us a call!

nesting is not something to mess with.
