Cinco de Mayo y Más
It's a shame that we don't celebrate more international holidays here in the US. Not that St. Patrick's Day and Cinco de Mayo are heavily celebrated, at least not by us LDS folk who don't drink, but at least it gives us an excuse to make ethnic cuisine. And in this case we got to watch a bunch of kids hit a piñata. Since we had hosted our St. Patty's party, the Holmes took it upon themselves to host a little fiesta yesterday. We were able to feast on tamales, enchiladas, chips and guacamole, sangria and even a tres leches cake. Everything was divine and we came to the conclusion that Rochester just doesn't have enough good Mexican restaurants around here.
Ethan is really into baseball recently, but still doesn't know how to hold a bat, or hit an object properly. It was a little difficult considering he wouldn't drop Buzz Lightyear.
