Hallelujah!

Remember how 4 years ago we bought our car on Valentine's Day? Well, today we officially own our car and will no longer be making monthly payments! Since we did a 0% financing plan for 48 months, our monthly payments were kind of expensive, so I for one am happy that we'll be pocketing that money and hopefully build some savings. Or as luck would have it we'll have to spend it somewhere else, like on replacing pipes that hook up to the city line so that our basement will stop backing up sporadically; or you know, just in time to replace Ben's car that never passes state inspection and always has the check engine light, the ABS light and brake light on. I guess it was wishful thinking that we'll be able to save that money.
