Dentist

I've gone through 20% of my life without seeing a dentist. Wow, it's been 5 years since my last visit (other than that cosmetic visit I had a few years back, but there were no x-rays or check ups). I had a little apprehension about going since I figured with all those years of no cleanings, my teeth would probably need a little help. Not so my friends! No cavities for this gal! I do still have my wisdom teeth in that could probably be pulled, but there's no urgency. Since we've been paying for dental insurance for the last year and a half, we figured it's about time to put it to some good use. Up next... the optometrist.

You punk! I have cavities every time- I had six discovered on one visit once! (I can't believe I just admitted that...)

Congrats! You're just one of those people that have good teeth! And there's not that many out there ;) I would know because they would always end up at our office.

If you have the insurance, you just might want those wisdom teeth out...I heard it gets worse the older you are. I had mine pulled about a month ago and I got a dry socket--ouch. I even taught joy school the next two days.

I still have my wisdom teeth (if not wisdom), since I wasn't a member at missionary age. The dentist keeps telling me I should probably get them pulled, but so far they haven't been a problem. Get them pulled when they're not a problem? Is he nuts?!
