Farewell

As most of you may know, I've been working since last August back at my old job and swapping baby-watching with my boss' wife. It was a great gig while it lasted. Yesterday we went out to dinner with them at Dinosaur BBQ and then since today is their last day in Rochester before they take off to Milwaukee for a job in the home office we had a company BBQ at a local park. Ethan was loving hanging out in the grass with the football, soccer ball and bocce balls. Good weather, good food and good friends/coworkers... it doesn't get any better.

Just a flash back to a little over a year ago when these two were munchkins

And a year later playing with some chalk

Totally pooped from spending all afternoon at the park

So now I'm officially a "stay at home Mom". I thought that would have happened over a year ago when I had Ethan, but I must say that it was really nice to be able to get out of the house (especially in the Winter) and for Ethan to have a friend that he could interact with. Oh yeah, and bringing some money home to the family wasn't too bad either. I still have my job at the Gap, so I'm not completely out of work.

We'll miss the Abbass Family. Thanks for all the memories!
