We're going through the mortgage process, we had our home inspection today, there are a few things to fix here and there, but overall we still love the house. Just one month and it'll be ours! I still think it's crazy we put an offer on a house after being in it for only 20 minutes, but that's the Rochester market for ya. We spent more time looking at cars when we bought one! I guess when you know you know, that is unless you have horrible intuition and you end up making the wrong decision. We don't think so in this case. Anyway, here are some pics of the new pad. We're probably going to repaint the nursery, living room and dining room, but it at least gives you an idea of what the place is like on the inside.
If you're from the area, the house is located near Cobbs Hill. It's in the City, but we don't plan on living in the house when Ethan is old enough to go to middle school.
